Welcome to your coastal getaway! This bright and breezy condo offers two comfy bedrooms, each with its own private en suite bathroom—one with a king bed and the other with a queen. There’s also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, perfect for extra guests or an afternoon nap after a day in the sun. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to whip up fresh seafood dinners or tropical cocktails. Not in the mood to cook? You’re just a short stroll away from some of the area's most loved beachside restaurants. You'll also find a laundry room with a washer and dryer right off the kitchen—handy for refreshing beach towels or sandy swimsuits. Kick back, relax, and enjoy the beach life!

1) Occupancy: Only guests listed on the reservation may enter the unit. The primary guest (the person who booked the reservation) must be at least 25 years old and present at check-in and for the duration of the stay. Booking for other guests will results in loss of unit access without notice or refund of any monies paid. 2) Smoking & Vaping: No smoking or vaping of any kind (including cannabis) is permitted in the condo, breezeway, or on the balcony. Evidence of smoking will result in eviction without refund, a $2,500 cleaning fee, and additional charges as permitted under the rental agreement. 3) Animals: No pets, including emotional support animals. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction without refund. 4) Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be kind to our neighbors while enjoying your time here. 5) Property Damage & Excessive Mess: Guests are responsible for damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, and other charges resulting from violations of the House Rules or Guest Agreement.

A refundable security deposit is required for booking.
